## How Alerts Work

- Downtime is verified across 3 geographic locations before an alert is sent, eliminating false positives from localized network issues.
- One verified notification, followed by a 4-hour cooldown. No alert storms during unstable states.
- Positive performance alerts: When Lighthouse scores improve, NotiDuck sends a celebration notification.
